Let’s compare components of HTML and FLYP, using the figure and going from the bottom upwards:

Text and XML Editors Both languages are based on XML, and for working with them it is possible to use any text- or XML editor. Flypoint 3D Browser is free, which makes FLYP technology as accessible as possible, along with HTML
Text In HTML the main object is text, whereas in FLYP text has a minimum priority. A 3D rendering system will not be able to compete with conventional graphics in terms of the volume and quality of the text display. In turn, the HTML standard does not support 3D. Thus, HTML and FLYP do not compete, but complement each other. The Flypoint browser supports links to HTML pages using the default browser on your computer to open them
2D Graphics FLYP does not only support the SVG graphics functionality (HTML5), but also extends it significantly. However, the semantics of FLYP differs from SVG - there are even differences at such a fundamental level as the coordinate system. This is due to the fact that FLYP offers the user the functions of a geometric modeling kernel, which in many cases makes it possible to describe geometry much easier than in SVG
Interactivity From the figure it follows that in Flypoint 3D Browser interactivity plays a very big role, and it is comparable to the role played by text in ordinary HTML browsers. Interactivity, in this case, means the possibilities of user input and the ability of objects to respond to these actions. In order to realize the amazing interactive features of the Flypoint 3D Browser, you need to see it in action. For example, FLYP allows you to write familiar 3D games without programming!
3D Graphics Flypoint supports a wide range of 3D objects - surfaces, bodies, meshes. These are familiar objects that you can easily get started with right away.
